Project Management
Description
The course is aimed at providing participants with an understanding of project management, process, tools, techniques and the benefits of implementing a project successfully. The course will enable the participant to organise scarce resources, work under tight deadlines, control project change and generate maximum team performance.
The participant will be able to plan, manage and deliver projects. This will give one the opportunity to develop leadership skills and respond to real-world scenarios. The participant will also be introduced to methods such as project integration, scope, time, cost and quality management. Emphasis will be on the closing of project tasks as well as project success.

Learning Methods

Emphasis will be on the adherence to time-frames as well project completion. Discussions will revolve around case studies as well as situational analysis.
